By using BoardAR you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What you get
BoardAR is provided free of charge, "as is", with no warranty of any kind. It is a hobby project that may change, break, or disappear at any time. If you depend on it, depend on it carefully.
Headset safety
Mixed reality requires you to be aware of your physical surroundings. Use BoardAR in a clear, well-lit space. Take breaks. Don't write on a whiteboard while walking down stairs. Standard Meta Quest safety guidelines apply.
Acceptable use
Don't use BoardAR to harass anyone, draw illegal content, or abuse Firebase Hosting (for example by automated scraping). The app is intentionally not multi-user; everything you draw is local to your session.
Intellectual property
You own anything you draw inside the app. We never see it, store it, or claim any rights to it. The BoardAR name, brand, and source code are property of the project's author.
Payments
BoardAR is currently free. If a paid Pro tier is introduced in the future, those purchases will be governed by additional terms presented at checkout.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of BoardAR is not liable for any damages, lost data, or other claims arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
